Is there a software service that alerts me to social media platform “keywords”? I follow a bunch of (around 60) Facebook groups in relation to my field. I have a social media manager who is handling my account to be the “reply guy” to relevant posts where I might get leads. Is there a software service that tracks and alerts me to “keywords” or “key phrases” when they pop up? This would help my SMM a lot.
