How does one hit the $70k 401k (employer + employee) limit? The employee limit is $23.5k, thus the employer contribution would need to be $46.5k. This would necessitate a (nearly) 200% match on employee contributions. Does that policy actually exist somewhere out there? Most of what I see is 50%-100% match up to 4%-6% of income.
