Regions/cities in France best explored in late spring/early summer? Currently driving myself crazy trying to figure out where in France to spend a week after some time in Paris. It will be the first week of June. I've been to Paris many times but have not seem much of France apart from areas close to Paris. I'm 40f travelling solo. I love good food, interesting history, art, pretty scenery, etc. Not into beaches...
