Can I pull off blue lipstick? Me and my boyfriend were on call while I was playing around with some makeup and he said I should try blue lipstick. He said it's cute on me! I am turning the big 18 soon and for my birthday I want to dress cute and visit the aquarium with my family, would the blue lipstick be cute to wear out or do I look crazy haha
