Can I maximize my foundation repair bill? Short of it is: I spent approx $21,000 to put 7 posts under my house to keep it from sinking on one side. Pretty important, but boring stuff. Can I use this massive expense in a tax-advantageous way to lessen at least some of the expense of homeownership? Thank you in advance for your knowledge.
