Is the Sony RX100 VII worth buying over a smartphone that has a 1” sensor? Even if it’s hundreds of dollars more expensive? I’m looking to buy a new portable camera for some travel that I have coming up. I’ve narrowed it down to the Sony RX100 VII or similar. The thing is, it’s $1300 near me.
