Cash out RSU's from volatile company and reinvest? Little background. 40yo, married, 2 children. Single income around 90k. Own my home, have zero debt but not much in retirement savings or investments. Current investments: Put 12% in 401k, around 60k in it and 3% in HSA. On top of my 90k I am also compensated in RSUs.
