Help with fireplace surround! New build. Seeking advice. Help! Really struggling with what to do with the walls beside the fireplace. Fireplace will have a curved brick hearth and a plaster finish all the way up. I’ve contemplated built in cabinets and doing floating shelving above - but don’t how high up they should go. Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!
