Problem in usage of visa gift cards I have a $10 US Visa Gift card, and i cant use it anywhere. I tried bestbuy, target, amazon, everything. Amazon blocked my account on suspicion of fraud, target and bestbuy cancelled my orders. I tried using it to buy something on a chess website, that too would not take it.
