I’m a little bit new to the whole thing, but still.
I'm a little bit new to the whole thing, but still. Any advice maybe? 😭 I just don't seem to understand what different technics there are, something to be interesting, but not wild. I have hooded eyes and that doesn't help. I can't do eyeliner for the life of me.
