What is the best country for traditional cuisine in Sub-Saharan Africa? Sub-Saharan Africa doesn’t seem to get a lot of love when people talk about cuisines. Where I live, the only cuisine that gets some measure of exposure is Ethiopian. I have also heard great things about West African cuisine, although I haven’t had the opportunity to try it. What is your favourite Sub-Saharan African country for food?
