70-200 not focusing?

70-200 not focusing? I am having trouble with my 70-200. I use a D780 but I feel like I cannot for the life of me get crisp and sharp pictures. Any CC and advice welcomed. First 2 pictures ISO 100 120 mm F/ 2.8 1/2000 sec Last picture ISO250 200 mm F/ 2.8 1/1600
