LPT: If the WiFi login portal doesn’t pop up on public or hotel networks, enter the router’s gateway address from your WiFi settings into your browser to trigger it. If you’re on public or hotel WiFi, the portal website doesn’t pop up, you can go to your WiFi settings, select your WiFi, find your router or gateway address, by entering that in to you browser, you will be redirected to the terms and what ever portal.
