What are the cons of using a 3rd party 70-200 f2.8 EF lens with an R7? Currently in the market to upgrade my current RX100 to a more capable sports photography setup (indoor and outdoor) - I've got my eyes on a used R7 for $850 and the Sigma 70-200mm F/2.8 DG OS HSM Sports w/ the EF mount and Canon's EF-RF adapter.
