Advice on new Rwanda travel advisory? I’m supposed to leave for Rwanda in the next few weeks and planning to spend a few days in and around Volcanoes National Park. The US state department just issued a “reconsider travel” advisory for “the northern regions of the Rwanda-DRC border” due to the increasing violence in Goma, which I would assume includes the Volcanoes area.
