Eyeliner for my hooded eyes?
Eyeliner for my hooded eyes? I really wanna do a typical cat-eye but my hood is in the way. I think I have to accept that cat eye-liner is out of the question, so could someone kindly give me guidance as to how to draw flattering eyeliner? The tutorials online do not make sense to me.
