LPT: Limit to-do lists to three (3) tasks When making to-do lists, especially for us ADD-ers, put only three tasks on the list. Make another 3-task list after completing the first. I tend to focus on the easy or fun tasks on long lists, rather than the urgent and important. I also feel better knocking off multiple lists vs tasks.
