how can i blend my eyeshadow better? always trying to get better at blending my eyeshadow but it’s been quite the learning curve with low set brows and partially hooded eyes (i’m lifting my brows in these ). on a scale of 1-10 how would you rate the blend? any tips ? i used the shade limit from the UD naked 3 palette as a base/transition shade, and from the colourpop high tide pale...
