My Experience Converting/Cashing in EE Bonds Just an FYI - I converted over 60 paper EE bonds for my dad. From the time I mailed the manifests to the time redemption funds hit his bank account (today) was 15 days. The Treasury's communication along the way was excellent as well. Your experience may vary but overall I was impressed with the timeliness of the process.
