When doing bold black eyeshadow, should it be done before or after concealer, foundation, ect? I asked this question in a different makeup community but didn't get any response so I'm going to try here. I've been really into bold black eyeshadow looks here recently. I've only ever had good practice with bold eyeliner, so I have some questions.
