Best time to visit Kaindy & Kolsai Lakes (Kazakhstan) to see them non-frozen and in full color? Hi everyone, I'm planning a trip to Kazakhstan and really want to visit Kaindy and Kolsai Lakes when they're not frozen, but I don't mind seeing some ice or snow in the surrounding mountains.
