Autofocus Help? I went for a walk along the river today and took my Nikon D8ooe along with my Nikkor 28-300mm lens. All was good for an hour then all of a sudden with out changing anything the lens would hunt for focus and wouldnt focus and wouldnt allow me to take anymore photos. i was able to combat this by switching to manual focus mode.
