70s SLR with 2020s Flash? Hello all. I'm not new to photography, but not good at it either. 😉 I've got a 1978 Ricoh KR 5 and a few newer flashes {all used on my Pentax K-3 III}. I tried to use one of my basic flashes {just flash nothing more} and it didn't fire. I searched for "Old SLR with new flash" and I get almost nothing but "Old flashes in new mirror less will fry...
