After Emergency Fund, Do People Invest Most of Their Income? I'm 32, but I did not grow up in the states, and my parents have never invested in the stock market, so I'm not sure what is good financial advice / typical practice. I max out my 401(k) and my IRA, and I have an emergency fund of around 6 months of expenses. I do not plan on buying a house / car / similar big purchases within the next 5 years. ...
