Sell home and invest or keep? I bought a new home and currently have my old one up for sale. I would make around 100k in profit, on the flip side I could rent it and rent would cover the mortgage + 400 in profit a month. I'm not the biggest fan of the idea of being a landlord but will make it happen if its the smarter move. Napkin math 100,000/400/12 = 20 years not counting ...
