LPT: Shovel the snow before it starts to melt For those of you in southern U.S. getting your first decent snowfall, you should shovel the snow before the sun hits it. When it starts to melt, it gets wet and heavy. If you shovel before then, it will still be light and fluffy. It’s much easier to manage. Stay safe!
