What is the best program to create a border on one side of the photo?
What is the best program to create a border on one side of the photo? I have light room but I don't think I can get it done there. Basically what I want to do is create a border like you would see on a polaroid photo. What program would I need to do this quickly and being able to crop it, i.e. 1" boarder on the left side but still have it as a 6x9 crop. Edit: Darktable is overkill, but it does exactly what I need....
