Emetophobia and travel Hello! As someone who has gotten ill in places like Costa Rica and Mexico City, I'm petrified of going on my honeymoon and it happening. Obviously I know anywhere even in the US where I live you can get sick from food or water but is there anywhere you feel most 'safe' with the food and water?
