Does a no-limit credit card hurt my credit score by skewing my credit utilization?

Does a no-limit credit card hurt my credit score by skewing my credit utilization? I have an Amex card that has “no preset limit” which I think really means I have an arbitrarily high spending limit, as decided by Amex’s algorithm.
