Planning to travel to Rio De Janeiro Hi, I 18F, and my best friend 21M are planning an 11-day trip to Rio De Janeiro by the end of the year. Is the city generally safe? And can I carry weapons for self-defense like pepper spray? And If you guyscould recommend some locations to visit, or places to avoid it would be greatly appreciated.
