Hospital bill more than 3x higher than good faith estimate. I plan to dispute. What happens? What do I need to do? Long story short, my surgery was originally supposed to be $14k and $2.5k would come from my pocket. Now they have turned around and said that the surgery was $54k and $6k has to come from my pocket.
