My employer 401k match isn't great.. what're my options? New to the page so bare with me. For a little background I am early 30's, work construction (60+ hours weekly) and in the national guard. I eventually will have a military pension but it's not enough. I have a 401k from a previous employer that has roughly 40k in it.
