How much rent is reasonable? I’m looking to move and make about $3500 a month after taxes. My gross salary is $56000. I’m looking at 2 1-bedroom apartments. One is about 1,100 + utilities and the other is more like 1,200 + utilities but nicer, with slightly better reviews. Should I go for the more expensive one?
