What show had the best series finale only to retcon it after getting renewed for a new season? When I watched "End of the ****ing World" I thought the season 1 ending was the perfect ending to the show. While I liked season 2 and season 2's ending, I was a bit sad they had to retcon a bit of it to make the second season possible. Are there other instances like this that have stuck with you?
