Why does filled in brows always look too harsh on me
Why does filled in brows always look too harsh on me I always try to do my brows and it would always look harsh as if its too dark. I have fair skin with dark hair and my eyebrows are thin in the ends i use a grey eyebrow pencil and it would still look harsh. I was thinking maybe my features are too soft for done eyebrows
