Student loans or keep saving for down payment? Hi I just got out of grad school and have 30k student debt. I make 72k in very low cost of living and low income tax state. I make 4k and only spent 2k a month. I’m wanting to be debt free and own a home in the next 2-3 years. I have 44k in a high yielding savings and 10k in roth. Do I just pay off the 30k today?
