Why don't customers read return policies. I noticed some customers don't and after I sell an expensive piece of lighting there's a restocking fee and than some of em get mad. Luckily it's only some people In the lighting niche it's an industry standard that about 20 - 50 % suppliers have a 20% restocking fee for returns. Its clear in my return policy and for 40% of my brands I sell for and a lot of my competitors also. If you're gonna buy something for over $500 you should really read first.
