Why do airports like Newark and the JetBlue terminal at JFK have all/mostly extremely bad non-brand food options?
Why do airports like Newark and the JetBlue terminal at JFK have all/mostly extremely bad non-brand food options? I guess they make more money but wondering what the model is. Edit: I’m comparing with for instance LHR where there are just a bunch of reliable options from brands that are broadly liked and known
