In laws put boat in partners name to avoid taxes Just what the title said. They do this with a lot of other stuff/people too. I found this out and was taken aback by this as we do not use the boat at all, nor do we make any decisions on the boat. It is 100% theirs and they just put it in his name to avoid taxes. My questions are does this have any negative tax or finance impacts to my partner?...
