LPT: When using Uber/Lyft in crowded areas, walk as far away from the popular site as possible before trying to get a ride. In major metropolitan cities and areas, touristy and packed sites (ie. landmarks, a street, museum, etc) more often than not will be crowded with people and/or not easily accessible by car. Most people dislike walking, so Uber and Lyft take advantage of this and will charge you more to get a ride directly out of the area as a result. A solution...
