Why is my makeup doing this? This happens after I apply foundation. I applied the foundation with a clean, dry sponge. It happens every. single. time. I put foundation on. It’s even worse when I put on moisturizer. First I start with primer, then I put color correction, then I put the foundation. And it always comes out like this?! What am I doing wrong here? Please help me...
