need the best waterproof liners hey yall, pls drop a good waterproof eyeliner.. rn i use the tattoo liner by KVD and aqua resistant line by makeup forever .. i have watery ass eyes and no matter what, my liner smudges , especially in my inner corner. also any tips to stop lashes from irritating the inner corner of my eye?? i cut them so they’re not pointy, but it doesn’t work!...
