Should I buy a condo or max out investments? I have about 20k cash right now & would like to start the year off wisely. I’m thinking about purchasing a little condo this year. I’m wondering if I should keep this as cash and at some point (this year) use this to buy a condo or should I take this to max out my IRA, add to my EF, and other investment accounts?
