401k Limit Roth & Traditional Totals For 2025 the limit for 491k contributions is $23,500 and $7,000 for ROTH. I want to max both as much as possible. Does that mean I can contribute a total of $30,500 or I must subtract my ROTH contribution from traditional? 23,500 - 7000 = $16,500 traditional and $7,000 to ROTH for the year. Thank you 😊
