What is the difference between strobe/flash vs continuous light in studio?
What is the difference between strobe/flash vs continuous light in studio? So l've been shooting in a studio for a while now. I have three large soft boxes and two smaller LED filler lights. I have seen a lot of people talk about off camera flash and strobes for their studio work. What is the main difference? I have two speedlite flashes. Should I add those in? Replace the soft boxes? What's everyone's opinion? TIA
