Boss is claiming my bonus will be deducted to use for a match My boss told me today that my bonus is going to be deducted next quarter and put into my 401k not as an employee contribution, but as the match contribution. So instead of the company giving me money, I'm having to use my own money for the match. I have never heard this before. Has anyone else? Any advice?
