Anyone applied fabric wallpaper with liquid starch? I can deal with the minor bubbling but the I don’t care for the splotchiness. This is happening in all the areas where I had to apply additional starch to smooth out bigger ripples and bubbles. It has dried overnight so I don’t think it is still wet. Could it be from using broadcloth fabric that is 65% polyester and only 35% cotton? Would 100% c...
