LPT - Be Kind, make an effort each day to donor say something kind you wouldn't normally do. You never know what someone is going through and that one comment you long forgot about might be a treasured memory to someone else. It's takes so little effort. You might catch someone on a bad day, maybe they are unkind. You can lash out in response or give them space. But sometimes simply being kind can diffuse a situation.
