ITA Airways - Delayed baggage I was traveling from Amsterdam to Rome on ITA airways. My baggage didn't arrive at Rome. I filed a claim with them. The person at the claims counter said that it was not loaded on the flight. Is this something I should believe or is it something they say just to get by?
