Eyeshadow primer recommendations?
Eyeshadow primer recommendations? Do you have a favorite eye primer? I’m looking to try one out, since I apparently have oily eyelids and it’s impossible to set anything in place for the whole day. I’ve been using Tarte’s Shape Tape concealer and it’s just not cutting it, I think I need an actual primer!
